Code, Create, and Think Smart: Exploring AI with Codingville (Gr. 4-6)
In this interactive Codingville with AI workshop, Grade 4–6 students explore how creativity, design, and computational thinking come together to solve real problems. Guided through hands-on coding challenges, students use AI-powered tools to plan, test, and refine solutions while developing core problem-solving and scientific inquiry skills. Through playful missions and design tasks, learners practice breaking down problems, recognizing patterns, and thinking logically—bringing Alberta’s Computer Science curriculum to life in an engaging, age-appropriate way. This session empowers students to see themselves as creators, thinkers, and confident digital problem-solvers.
