Level Up Learning: Video Game Design & AI with Codingville [Grade 3-8]
Step into the world of game design and discover how video games can become powerful tools for teaching coding, computational thinking, and AI literacy. In this hands-on Codingville educator workshop, participants will explore how students can design, build, and enhance their own video games while integrating artificial intelligence concepts such as decision-making algorithms, adaptive gameplay, and data-driven design.
Educators will experience the game development process from concept to creation using Codingville’s AI-powered tools, learning how to scaffold creativity, problem-solving, storytelling, and debugging skills in the classroom. The session includes curriculum connections, assessment strategies, and ready-to-use classroom applications that align with Computer Science, Math, and Digital Literacy outcomes.
